On Saturday I came here for a bottomless brunch. I can tell you what. You won’t be disappointed the lovely GM “RO” and the assistant GM “Sam” where on shift and made my 90 minutes fantastic. Jason downstairs rustled up one of the best burgers Iv had in Birmingham so far. I would 100% Recommend.
Went for bottomless brunch on Saturday and was served by Andy who was a total star, I had forgotten to add one of our friends to the menu but Andy was able to resolve it quickly and without any issue. He kept us topped up the whole time and was such a warm guy, we also was served by a girl with braids who was also really friendly and funny. All in all we had a great time and will definitely be back!
Great little pub. Good good and good service. Has a cosy feel. Good selection of beers at decent prices for city center. Overall a pleasant pub/bar experience.
Five stars is genuinely well earned and well deserved! Popped in a few times between work and after work also on a Friday night and it's always a great atmosphere, staff are exceptional and drinks well made, tasty and enjoyable! Love the bar, has become a regular place to pop into if I'm in town.
Great pub. We went for daughters 18th, they made us feel very comfortable, very friendly staff and nothing too much trouble. They gave us some nibbles on the house and they were amazing. Thank you for a great time, we will be back soon.
It was an absolutely amazing experience here! The waiter was absolutely amazing and the food was well presented and filling. It is a lovely place to get something to eat and a beautiful social area! Would definitely recommend!
Popped in because I like going in restaurants I've never been in before. Variety is the Spice of Life. Staff were so friendly and welcomed me. I had a drink and did some social media work and headed back home in the lovely weather that ducks enjoy lol. I'll come back again to sample their food
Superb experience with the team - In particular, with Rowenna. I'd organized a baby shower for a work colleague, very last minute and stumbled across The Florence on Google. I'd walked past this hidden gem many times before, but never realised what a lovely and quirky venue it was. Rowenna and the team were so supportive and really helped me set the room up in record-breaking time, ready for all of the guests to arrive. They were very attentive to every guest and nothing was too big of a task for them. The buffet food was absolutely delicious and there was so much of it, that we even got to take some home! I will 100% use this venue again in future and thank you all again so much, for a wonderful experience.
